Named after the famous bank robbery that occurred on February 13th, 1886 by the Jesse James Gang right here in Liberty, the first recorded daylight bank robbery ! This ale is Dark and roasty while being velvety smooth with a beautiful robust roundness to the mouthfeel from the flaked oats and lactose added. It will make a stout lover out of non-stout drinkers!
Named after the old Liberty grain company Desert Gold Feed Co. and in memory of it’s 1978 silo explosion! Brewed for the summertime, this super light wheat ale will leave your thirst quenched and belly happy! Made for hard workers by hard workers. Goes great with a lemon or lime and be sure to ask about our 20 oz pour!
When the old-time riverboats were a couple miles upstream from Liberty Landing, they would fire their cannons to alert the dock workers to their eventual arrival. This pale is made with American “C” hops (Centennial, Citra, and Cascade) which makes this creation traditional and familiar. Brewed with American 2-row, Pilsner, and Munich malts.
Super hopped with very low bitterness, this hazy ale is brewed with a blend of Cascade, Centennial, and Mandarina Bavaria and finished with Citra and even more Mandarina Bavaria hops! Over 3 1/2lbs of hops per barrel (31 gal) of beer give this year round beer a brilliant fruity aroma and the additions of flaked oats and white wheat lend a full and pleasant mouthfeel.
Pronounced “L.A.”, this Old School IPA is a blast from the past and will remind you of the very beginning of the Craft Beer craze when IBUs (international bitterness units) were king. Bitter, malty, and pungent with notes of citrus and grapefruit, “Ehl-Lay” IPA will make you want to go on a hike up Runyon Canyon while eating tacos (tacos are sooo much better in)…”Ehl-Lay”. Join a burlesque troop, take some improvs classes at the UCBs until the groundlings figures it outs, have a winter brunch in Melrose because you can do that in…..”Ehl-Lay”. Tacos, Tacos, Venice Beach, Tacos………“Ehl-Lay”
Clean, crisp, colorful and warm, this Autumn Ale is made with caramel malts and infused with maple and pralines. Not to sweet and not too heavy. Perfect for brisk fall days!
The Silk Road was a network of trade routes which connected the East and West and was the center to the economic, cultural, political and religious interactions between these regions from the 2nd century BC to the 18th century. It was on these routes that apricots made their way around the globe from their origination on the Russian/Chinese border. Golden straw colored, medium bodied, and pleasantly juicy. This German Wheat Ale will satisfy the fruit beer lover in everyone!
Full bodied and jet black, this big stout will leave your belly warm and your taste buds happy. Subtle notes of chocolate, espresso and lady finger cookies lend a familiar sweetness with a combination of big flavors that make this dessert stout stand out in the crowd. Let it warm up a bit, you won't regret it!
Welcome to our third installation of our Soda Fountain Series! This Kettle Soured Ale exhibits all of the ginger spiciness which pairs very well with the tart citrus you’d expect from fresh lime. Made with real zested lime peel and freshly grated ginger root. Soured with lactobacillus.
